I saw that lens and it looks great.
I'm sorry that I haven't gotten back to you and Joan. I was sick for a little over a week and didn't get anything done, and then the first morning I felt like working, my computer died. I wrote about it on http://johndilbeckandfriends.com/
In addition, I'm working on signing up clients for local marketing consulting and online promotion and that's keeping me out of the house, but I'm catching up as fast as I can.
I've resurrected my http://MurphyNC28906.com blog and have started posting to it, again, in preparation for building a new site and a community for Murphy here on Ning.
I should be able to work on that newsletter this weekend or early next week.
I'm really sorry for the delay, and it isn't because I don't want to get it done.
You and Joan have been inspirations for me and I'm looking forward to writing about you and publishing that newsletter.

Thanks for the kind words. I hope this community continues to grow into a really helpful resource for its members and others who may read without joining.
I haven't been feeling well this week and have been mostly offline, watching movies and napping. I'm not sick enough to just go to bed and don't feel good enough to really work. I took all of Tuesday off to watch all the events related to President Obama's inauguration.
When I do feel like working, I've been making the changes that are necessary due to my changed business plan for 2009. I've been revamping my Murphy NC 28906 blog, which I pretty much abandoned last year as caring for Mom took more time and effort.
So, as I delete one old blog or website, it ripples throughout my other sites, forums, lenses, and blogs and I have to go put out the fires that result. RSS syndication is a great tool, but it can be hard to unravel the web that I've woven over the last few years. Now that I have tested this, I would never again create so many blogs and interlink them.
The newsletter has been put on hold until I get two more sites taken care of, and then I can turn my attention to doing it right. I still hope to publish before the end of January.
I'll be back in touch next week. I'm sorry for the delay, but I'm looking forward to writing about you and what you've been doing to promote Pendleton.
Since I'm also going to be writing about Whitey, I'm going to create a third article about you and Joan and how you're using Squidoo and other sites to promote your interests.
It won't take too long to do, once I'm able to turn my attention to it without dealing with all these behind-the-scenes issues.
Today, I have to go talk to a couple of business owners and try to sign them up as sponsors for a couple of my sites, including the new Murphy NC 28906 community I'll be building here on Ning.com.
Since I'm going to have commercial advertising on that community, as I do here, I have to pay the premium price to control the advertising.
I'm paying for this site out of pocket, but I'm going to make sure I'm earning a profit on the Murphy community site before I invest the effort to build it.
I'll get back to you very soon on the newsletter. Thanks for your patience.
