After a first journey marked by a dinner orchestrated by Michelin two-star chef Sylvestre Wahid took place on a floating iceberg in the middle of the Sermilik Fjord, Greenland, followed by the second Mumm Explorer Experience was held in the breathtaking waters of Charcot Bay, Antarctica, with a dinner created by Michelin three-star chef Gérard Boyer.
